It is now more important than ever to make strategic decisions based on data. But this is hard to do when the answers to your questions are trapped on paper or are stuck in systems without adequate analytics and reporting tools. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Join this interactive panel discussion with Todd Guthier, Manager of Accounts Payable and Cash Applications at Morgan Lewis, and Nathan Schlatter, Director of Finance at Chrome River, to learn how automated solutions can help drive insight into your expense and invoice management processes by giving you full visibility into your spend. The result? The ability to make decisions based on data vs. intuition. We’ll share real examples and provide actionable tips, tricks and best practices to help you let business flow with insight. This interactive discussion will explore several topics, including:
  • The challenges organizations face when leveraging data to make insight-driven decisions
  • How automation can help free up Finance’s time for value-added activities and analysis
  • How to unlock the hidden value of your organization’s data and where to get started
